These General Terms and Conditions govern the operation of the online store www.bestfromslovenia.com, which is operated by FIMATRADE d.o.o., Gorenjavas-Reteče 79, 4220 Škofja Loka, Slovenia (hereinafter: “the Seller”). They have been prepared in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act, the Electronic Commerce Act and applicable data protection laws. By visiting and/or using the online store, customers acknowledge that they have read, understood and agreed to these General Terms and Conditions.

4. Prices
All product prices on the website are stated in euros (€) and include VAT unless expressly stated otherwise. Delivery costs are charged separately unless otherwise specified. The Seller reserves the right to change prices without prior notice. The price applicable to each order is the price displayed at the time of order confirmation.
5. Ordering Process
Orders can be placed via the online store www.bestfromslovenia.com. After placing an order, the Buyer receives an automatic confirmation e-mail containing the details of the order. If the Buyer does not receive the confirmation e-mail, the order may not have been successfully placed. The purchase contract between the Seller and the Buyer is concluded at the moment the Seller confirms the order by e-mail. From this moment on, all prices and other conditions are fixed and apply to both the Seller and the Buyer.

Payment must be made in full before the goods are dispatched unless agreed otherwise.
7. Delivery
7.1 Shipping Costs
The packaging and delivery cost for one parcel to an address in Sweden, Finland, Denmark or Norway is €3.50, except for products where a different delivery cost is explicitly stated. For orders with a total value above €90, the delivery costs are covered by the Seller.
7.2 Delivery Schedule
DHL delivers orders from Monday to Friday between 8:00 and 15:00. If you are not available at the delivery time, please provide an alternative address where you can be reached. If the customer is not available at the time of delivery, the DHL courier will leave a written notice with information about the time and location where the package can be collected. If, despite the written notice, the customer does not collect the goods, the customer will bear the full cost of any subsequent shipment. Reshipping costs will be calculated on the day of shipment according to the current DHL price list, with a minimum charge of €5.00 (including VAT).
7.3 Dispatch of Orders
Orders received by Thursday of the same week will be dispatched on Monday of the following week. The estimated delivery time is 5 to 10 days.
8. Right of Withdrawal
Consumers have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which the consumer or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by the consumer acquires physical possession of the goods. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the consumer must inform the Seller of their decision to withdraw from the contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or e-mail to info@bestfromslovenia.com). The consumer must return the goods undamaged and in their original packaging as soon as possible, but no later than 14 days after notifying the Seller of the withdrawal. The consumer bears the direct cost of returning the goods unless otherwise agreed.
9. Complaints and Returns
If the delivered goods are defective, damaged or not as ordered, the Buyer must notify the Seller as soon as possible at info@bestfromslovenia.com. The Seller will provide instructions for returning or replacing the goods. Complaints will be handled in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws. The Seller will strive to resolve complaints quickly and amicably.
10. Liability
The Seller will do its best to ensure that the information published on the website is up-to-date and accurate. However, product characteristics, delivery times and prices may change so quickly that the Seller may fail to update the information in time. In such cases, the Seller will inform the Buyer of any changes and allow the Buyer to cancel the order or replace the ordered product. Photographs of products on the website are symbolic and may not fully reflect the actual characteristics of the product.
11. Personal Data Protection
The Seller undertakes to protect all personal data of customers in accordance with applicable data protection laws. Personal data will be used solely for the purpose of fulfilling orders and other necessary communication. 12. Complaints and Dispute Resolution
The Seller respects applicable consumer protection legislation and endeavours to resolve complaints amicably. Buyers may submit complaints via e-mail at info@bestfromslovenia.com. If a dispute cannot be resolved amicably, the competent court in Slovenia has jurisdiction.
13. Changes to the General Terms and Conditions
The Seller reserves the right to amend these General Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be published on www.bestfromslovenia.com. The version of the General Terms and Conditions in force at the time of order placement applies to the purchase.
