Delivery Costs

• The packaging and delivery cost for one parcel to an address in Sweden, Finland, Denmark or Norway is POPRAVI (including VAT), except for products where a different delivery cost is explicitly stated.
• For orders with a total value above €90, delivery is free of charge.

Delivery Schedule

• GLS delivers orders Monday to Friday, between 8:00 and 15:00.
• If you are not available at the delivery time, please provide an alternative address where you can be reached.

Missed Delivery

• If the customer is not available at the time of delivery, the GLS courier will leave a written notice with information about the time and location where the package can be collected.
• If, despite the written notice, the customer does not collect the goods, the customer will bear the full cost of any subsequent shipment.
• Reshipping costs will be calculated on the day of shipment according to the current GLS price list, with a minimum charge of €5.00 (including VAT).

Order Dispatch

• Orders received by Thursday of the same week will be dispatched on Monday of the following week.
• The estimated delivery time is 5 to 10 days.
