How to Use

  1. Mix equal parts Amla and Hibiscus powder in a non-metal bowl.

  2. Add Rosemary Hydrosol until you reach a yogurt-like consistency.

    • Men: approx. 10 g Amla + 10 g Hibiscus + 50 ml Hydrosol

    • Women: approx. 20 g Amla + 20 g Hibiscus + 100 ml Hydrosol

  3. Apply the mixture to clean, dry scalp, section by section (about 2 cm apart).

  4. Gently massage in circular motions and cover with a shower cap or plastic wrap.

  5. Leave on for about 1 hour, then rinse and dry as usual.

  6. Repeat once per week for 6 weeks, then every second week to maintain results.
