How to Use

  1. Mix equal parts Amla and Hibiscus powder in a non-metal bowl.

  2. Add Rosemary Hydrosol until you achieve a yogurt-like texture.

    • Men: approx. 10 g Amla + 10 g Hibiscus + 50 ml Hydrosol

    • Women: approx. 20 g Amla + 20 g Hibiscus + 100 ml Hydrosol

    • For long hair: increase quantity proportionally.

  3. Apply the mixture to clean, dry scalp, section by section (around 2 cm apart).

  4. Gently massage into the scalp in circular motions. Cover with plastic wrap or a shower cap.

  5. Leave on for about 1 hour, then rinse and dry as usual.

  6. Repeat once per week for 6–8 weeks, then every two weeks to maintain results.
