- Emblica officinalis (Amla) fruit powder – 100% organic
How to Use
- Hair Care / Coloring Boost: Mix Amla powder with warm (not hotter than 40 °C) water, herbal tea, or hydrosol. Ratio: approx. 3 parts liquid to 1 part powder. Stir until you get a creamy, yogurt-like paste. Apply to hair and scalp, cover with a shower cap, and leave on for 30–60 minutes. Rinse thoroughly.
- Hair Mask / Scalp Treatment: Prepare the same paste and apply generously to roots and hair lengths. Leave on for 30–60 minutes before rinsing.
Face Mask: Blend 1–2 teaspoons of Amla powder with hydrosol (e.g., chamomile or rose water) to form a smooth paste. Apply evenly to cleansed skin, leave on for 10–15 minutes, then rinse off with lukewarm water.
